Experience:

After graduating from the clinical medicine program in 2001, he joined a municipal public tertiary grade A hospital to engage in orthopedic medical work. During his tenure, in 2009, he served as the teaching secretary for orthopedics and also acted as a monitor and examiner for the national medical practitioner examination. Since 2014, he has been the group leader of the hand and foot surgery specialty in orthopedics. In 2017, he was promoted to chief physician and served as the deputy director of the department. As a key member of the development and construction team of his department, he served as the mentor for the orthopedics specialty at the national physician standardized training base. His annual surgical volume was over 300 cases, and he participated in the completion of a total of 6,000 surgeries.

He has received numerous training sessions at top-notch renowned hospitals specializing in orthopedics across the country. In 2007, he underwent training at the Department of Orthopedic Hand Surgery and Trauma Surgery of the Orthopedic Department of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital (Fourth Clinical Hospital of Peking University). In 2011, he received training at Peking University Third Clinical Hospital, focusing on spinal surgery and joint replacement. In 2013, he participated in advanced training courses on pelvic and acetabular injuries at the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of Harbin Medical University and successfully completed multiple surgeries in collaboration.

He has always adhered to the concept of "medical safety as the core" throughout his medical practice. He firmly believes in the principle that "it takes a good blacksmith to make good steel", and constantly strives to improve himself and enhance his professional capabilities.
