Experience:

She graduated from Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in July 1989, with a bachelor's degree; and graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical University in June 2006, with a master's degree.

She has successively served as the director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, the discipline leader, and the director of the Inner Mongolia Rehabilitation Quality Control Center. From 2000 to 2021, she served as the director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Inner Mongolia Baogang Hospital. During her tenure, she led the department to develop into a municipal key discipline, a master's degree training site, a municipal disabled persons' training center, a designated rehabilitation institution for individuals with disabilities, a designated rehabilitation institution for occupational injury, a provincial rehabilitation quality control center, and a national training base for rehabilitation medicine specialists. Over the years, she has been responsible for the undergraduate teaching work of clinical rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation treatment majors at Inner Mongolia Medical University and Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology.

Currently, she serves as the director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Shanghai Yida Hospital, engaging in medical treatment, scientific research, and talent development and training.
